1 box Ritz crackers – use 2 sleeves (about 60 crackers)

1 stick of butter

1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream (let it soften)

2 large packages of instant French vanilla pudding mix

1 and 1/2 cups of milk

8 oz container cool whip

Put the crackers in a plastic zip lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Melt 1 stick of butter in the microwave. Mix the cracker crumbs and butter together. Take out a handful of the mixture and set aside for topping for later. Press the rest of the cracker/butter mixture into the bottom of a 9X13 inch glassware container.

Mix the ice cream, pudding, milk together and spread over the Ritz cracker crust. Take the cool whip and spread this on top of the ice cream mix. Sprinkle the leftover handful of Ritz crackers on top. Refrigerate for about an hour before eating!
